14-day free trial

Eligible subscription products may include a 14-day free trial. If a trial is offered, billing begins only after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in Razorpay checkout or the product billing interface.

7-day money-back window

For first-time paid subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the first successful charge if the product does not work as described or you purchased the wrong plan by mistake. Email shiva@taracod.com with the account email, product name, payment date, and reason.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank/card/wallet settlement usually takes 5-10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method, issuing bank, and Razorpay processing timelines.

Non-refundable cases

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated inside the product.

Duplicate or failed payments

If Razorpay or your bank shows a duplicate charge, failed payment debit, or pending authorization, contact us with the payment reference. Failed authorizations often reverse automatically by the issuing bank; confirmed duplicate captures will be refunded or adjusted.

Email shiva@taracod.com. Include your account email, Razorpay payment ID if available, product name, purchase date, and a concise reason. We review requests case by case and respond as quickly as practical.
