1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to Taracod websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, AI tools, link tools, analytics tools, and paid subscriptions. By using any Taracod product, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and product-specific limits shown at checkout or inside the app.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for the email account, magic-link sessions, content, links, files, prompts, uploads, and activity associated with your Taracod account. Do not share access tokens or use another person's account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Taracod to host, generate, transmit, or link to unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malware, phishing, spam, or payment-fraud content. You may not reverse engineer private systems, overload infrastructure, evade limits, scrape in violation of law or third-party terms, or use outputs as professional legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical advice without independent review.
4. AI and software outputs
Some Taracod products use AI or automated analysis. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, complying with applicable law, and deciding whether to rely on them. Taracod does not guarantee revenue, ranking, trading performance, discovery, or business outcomes.
5. Billing, trials, and taxes
Paid products may include subscriptions, one-time purchases, credits, or lifetime access offers. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, trial terms, renewal dates, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or in the billing interface. A 14-day trial may be available for eligible subscription plans. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically.
6. Intellectual property
Taracod owns its websites, software, interfaces, trademarks, product names, code, designs, and systems. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license needed for Taracod to host, process, display, analyze, transmit, and back up that content to operate the service.
7. Suspension and termination
Taracod may limit, suspend, or terminate access where there is abuse, fraud, legal risk, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting shiva@taracod.com.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taracod disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. Taracod's aggregate liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the claim.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
Taracod may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
